Jevan is a passionate art and food lover with a particular interested in the intersection of art, food and science.

He is the CEO & Founder of Better Dairy, a leading biotechnology company driving technological innovation within the food industry and has raised over $25m to date to progress the company’s work. Better Dairy has enjoyed wide coverage within the media including The Times, BBC, Financial Times and The Economist and is currently ranked #7 in the 2024 Startups100 list.

Jevan is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Food Fermentation Europe (FFE), an association advocating for the food technology industry within Brussels and consisting of over 15 member companies from across the UK & Europe. He has significant experience across high growth startups including time at Rocket Internet, SumUp and Ritual.co as well as his own previous company ShareDining. He is also an active angel investor with over 20 current investments across climate, mental wellbeing, food and science.

Prior to this he built a career in investment banking at HSBC and ICAP. He holds a BSc Mathematics from Imperial College London where he graduated with First Class Honours in 2011.
