Amy Holt is a qualified solicitor, law firm founder and board advisor / NED, with a deep interest in visual arts.
Amy trained and qualified at city firm Hogan Lovells before moving in house as John Lewis and Waitrose’s legal counsel. In 2017, Amy co-founded Holt Baker, a multiple award winning and chambers-ranked legal and finance practice. Holt Baker support SMEs across a range of sectors including sustainability, tech, product design and PR, particularly to businesses wishing to scale, and increasingly act as fractional legal counsel for clients. To underpin this expansive role with formal training, Amy completed the Financial Times Non Executive Director Diploma.
Amy was appointed to the board of Pangaea in October 2024.
